 As a new client, we will spend a little more time getting to know you before your session to find out based on your wellness goals which service would be best for you. We also want to take the time after your service to be able to go over anything we may find, stretches we recommend, answer any questions, and make any other recommendations based on your wellness goals. 

 Relaxation to a new level. This 60 minute service includes Hot Stones, Hot Towels, Aromatherapy, and Scalp Massage. Schedule a 90 minute service to also include a 15 minute foot scrub. Manage your Stress & Mental Health. 

 Get either a 60 minute or 90 minute service geared to your muscle recovery needs. This Service includes Hot Towels, [Choice of] Cupping Therapy/Trigger Point Therapy/Deep Tissue, [Choice of] Dōterra Deep Blue or Aromatherapy, & with a 90 minute service [Choice of] Cold Stones or Scalp Massage. 

 This is a great 60 or 90 minute service for expecting and new moms. If you are currently expecting or have had a baby in the last 12 months this is a great way to restore your body during and/or after pregnancy.

Wellness Plans are on a Monthly or Biweekly basis. The plans are drafted monthly from your debit or credit card at no commitment to you. You can cancel with a 30 days written notice and also pause for up to 3 months. This is a great way to ensure you are staying on top of your wellness routine.
