We are a Professional, Therapeutic Massage Therapy Clinic. We DO NOT tolerate misconduct of any kind and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel services. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the service as well.
When scheduling an appointment, you are required to leave a credit card on file in accordance with our Reschedule & Cancellation Fee Schedule Policy. (See Below)
We’re happy to have you here but there’s a few things we need from you first. Prepayment is required of New Clients with the exception of Gift Cards and Vouchers. You will also receive your paperwork via email. Please be sure to fill it out prior to your appointment; It is all online and you will not need to print it out. You can also arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill it out in the office.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be required to reschedule and a fee may apply. It is at the therapists discretion to continue with the service at a shortened amount of time. You are still responsible for the full cost of the service even if your service is shortened. Time is valuable to your therapist, to you, as well as any other client(s) that may be scheduled after you.
Being a New Client, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure a thorough intake and time for paperwork if you did not fill that out prior to your appointment. If you arrive at the time of your service without the required paperwork please keep in mind that this will cut into your service time.
*After two consecutive cancellation/no shows, you will be required to prepay for future appointments. After three cancellations/no shows, your appointments will no longer be accepted.
