We are a professional, therapeutic Massage Therapy Clinic. We DO NOT tolerate misconduct of any kind and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel services. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the service as well.
When scheduling an appointment, you are required to leave a credit card on file in accordance with our Reschedule & Cancellation Fee Schedule Policy. (See Below)
We’re happy to have you here but there’s a few things we need first. All new clients are required to prepay for their first service at the time of booking. If you have a gift card, contact us via email to request an appointment. You will also receive your paperwork via email. It is all online and you will not have to print it out. This needs to be filled out prior to your appointment in order for us to provide a thorough assessment of your medical history and meet your needs for your massage session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be required to reschedule and a fee may apply. It is at the therapists discretion to continue with the service at a shortened amount of time. You are still responsible for the full cost of the service even if your service is shortened. Time is valuable to your therapist, to you, as well as any other client(s) that may be scheduled after you.
Being a New Client, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork you can do that at the office. If you arrive at the time of your service without the required paperwork please keep in mind that this will cut into your service time.
*After two consecutive cancellation/no shows, you will be required to prepay for future appointments. After three cancellations/no shows, your appointments will no longer be accepted.
