At Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness LLC, we strive to provide a professional, relaxing, and seamless experience for all of our clients. To ensure this, we have established the following policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.


 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour's notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.


No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.


 2. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow. Regardless of the length of the session, the full session price will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply.


 3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows impact our schedule and prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients.


 4. Payment Policy

  Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payments are processed securely through Square. Will also take Venmo If you are using a gift certificate or membership credit, please inform us when booking the appointment.


 5. Gift Certificates and Package Deals

Gift certificates and package deals don't expire but please use them within 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please treat your gift certificates like cash, as lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.


 6. Health and Safety

For your safety and ours, kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any signs of illness, including fever, coughing, or any contagious conditions. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all clients.


If you are pregnant or have any health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, recent surgeries), please inform us prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.


 7. Membership Policy

Memberships are a great way to enjoy discounted rates on our services. Here are the key details of our membership plans:

- Membership fees are billed monthly.

- Unused sessions roll over for up to 3 months.

- Additional sessions booked within the month are charged at the discounted membership rate.

- Memberships can be canceled at any time.


8. Referral Program Details

1. Share with Friends & Family
If you know someone who would benefit from relaxation, pain relief, or a little self-care, feel free to send them my way.

2. Have Them Mention Your Name
When they book their first session, they can simply list your name on the intake form or mention it at their appointment.

3. Earn Rewards
For every new client you refer who books a massage:

  • You receive a $5 credit as a thank-you.
  • They receive $5 off their first massage.
    (Your referral must mention your name at booking to apply the credit.)


9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during your booking or massage session will be kept confidential and never shared with third parties without your consent.


 

10. Professional Conduct

 This is a professional, therapeutic massage therapy practice, and I am committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for every client. Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If at any point the practitioner’s safety or comfort is compromised, the session will be ended immediately, and the full service fee will still apply.

Clients will never be touched in private areas of the body, including the breasts or genital region of any gender. Any inappropriate comments, actions, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and additional action may be taken if necessary.

All sessions are conducted in a safe, professional setting, and clients are always properly draped throughout the entire massage to ensure comfort, privacy, and modesty at all times.
