About Me
Hi, I’m Brittany, a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #13650) and the heart behind Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness.
My journey in massage therapy began in 2012, when I studied at Gwinnett College, graduating with Honors. I started my career at Hand & Stone in Raleigh, followed by an incredible eight years at LaVida Massage in Raleigh, where I deepened my skills and developed a strong appreciation for both therapeutic work and meaningful client care.
In 2022, I found my true home at Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness, a space that aligned deeply with my values and approach to healing. In 2024, I became the proud owner allowing me to create an environment rooted in intention, quality, and truly personalized care.
With over 12 years of experience, I’ve learned that true healing doesn’t come from rushing or forcing the body it comes from listening. Every session is thoughtfully customized, blending therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.
My approach is holistic and intuitive, combining massage therapy with mindful touches like aromatherapy, warm towels, and carefully selected wellness products to enhance your experience beyond the table. I believe in quality over quantity, working one-on-one with each client to ensure every session feels unrushed, grounded, and aligned with what your body needs that day.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m also a mom of two, which has deepened my understanding of the importance of rest, balance, and caring for yourself in every season of life.
Blue orchids are rare and resilient a symbol of strength, beauty, and balance. That’s the same intention I hold for every client who walks through my door.
